The majority of American adults do not exercise.
Aren't you happy that you do!
Regular exercise will keep you healthy & fit. Most students experience an increase in energy levels as well.
Experts recommend 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day such as walking. And 45-60 minutes of cardio-vascular exercise 3 times per week. Water aerobics is a great way to get your cardio workout.
If you can't attend your water aerobics class, try to walk 30 minutes the same day as an alternative.
Don't forget to wear good walking shoes and don't carry heavy items such as knapsacks or purses.
